Role: Workforce Outreach Coordinator
Beth joined FDRHPO in August 2021. As Workforce Outreach Coordinator, she has a special focus on filling gaps within the healthcare workforce, enhancing work in pipeline outreach, and career exploration. This includes the facilitation of the Recruitment, Retention, and Education Committee (RREC) and assuming responsibility for MASH Camp.
Prior to joining FDRHPO, she served as Tug Hill Regional Coordinator for the Regional Planning Consortium (RPC). Beth worked with regional stakeholders at the RPC to collaborate, problem-solve, and improve systems for the integration of mental health, addiction treatment services, and physical healthcare in an effort to improve overall health for our community. Prior to her work with the RPC, she worked in the healthcare industry for over 15 years as a licensed practical nurse II (LPN II).
Beth is a North Country native and resides in Clayton with her husband and two children. In her spare time, you will find her traveling for hockey tournaments, enjoying the St. Lawrence River, and spending time with her family.
