Role: Practice Transformation Specialist
Ian joined FDRHPO as the Practice Transformation Specialist and Interoperability Lead in December 2017, working closely with the North Country Health Information Partnership (N-CHIP) team.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration and is certified through the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) as a Patient Centered Medical Home Content Expert (PCMH-CCE). He is currently continuing his education to obtain a Master’s Degree. Ian previously worked with the Fort Drum Medical Department Activities as a Health System Administrator for their Primary Care, Dermatology, Pain Management Clinics and the Fort Drum Emergency Medical Services. While serving in the military, he received experience as the Practice Manager of a Rehabilitation Department, Community Health, Healthcare Recruiting, and Medical Operations.
He has been married for over 22 years to his wife, Leslie, and has three children: Amanda, Sebastian, and Lorel.
