Role: EMS Clinical Coordinator

Jessica Thompson joined FDRHPO’s North Country EMS Program Agency as Clinical Coordinator in 2022. She is a newly trained paramedic, receiving certifications through University of Vermont Health Network. She also has a Masters in Mental Health Counseling and Bachelors in Psychology, both from St. Lawrence University. Jessica also has an array of training certifications, to include Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Advanced Medical Life Support, Pre-hospital Trauma Life Support, Emergency Pediatric Care, Mental Health Counseling, among others.
Jessica has been involved in emergency medical services for over 13 years and currently is an emergency responder for Canton Rescue, Inc., Potsdam Volunteer Rescue Squad and West Potsdam Fire Department. Additionally, she has operated in various roles within organ procurement organizations helping to save lives and give new life through the gift of organ, tissue and eye donation and transplantation.
