Role: Rural Health Program Manager
Pat Fontana holds a B.A. in Mathematics from Syracuse University, a B.A. in Education from Syracuse University, an M.A. in Theological Studies from Holy Apostles College and Seminary, and a University Based Training Certification in Health Information Technology from Cornell University.
His previous roles include Mathematics and Computer Science Teacher, Dean of Students, Health IT Instructor, and Health IT Workforce Training Program Director. Presently, as the region’s Rural Health Network Program Manager, he is responsible for providing support to rural providers and the community by seeking innovative solutions to health systems issues, facilitating collaboration between behavioral health services and primary care, enhancing coordination of services, increasing efficiency of service delivery, and introducing and promoting needed community services.
Pat is a native of the North Country and currently resides in Watertown with his wife and two sons.
